Why did we build JobPinnacle?

The home services industry runs on trust, but most online platforms make trust harder to earn. Bidding sites pit companies against each other for the lowest price. Lead-gen platforms charge contractors per phone call, then sell the same lead to four competitors. Review sites can't verify whether a job ever actually happened.

We started JobPinnacle because the homeowners and contractors we knew kept saying the same thing: there has to be a better way. We built one. JobPinnacle uses a one-time interest model — companies express interest in a job exactly once, with no bidding wars and no escalating fees. Reviews are bidirectional, so the same accountability that protects homeowners also protects companies from bad-actor clients.

How does verification work on JobPinnacle?

Every company that lists on JobPinnacle submits proof of license and insurance during onboarding. Our team reviews the documentation, confirms it against state databases where available, and assigns one of two trust badges:

• Verified — Active license + active insurance, in good standing.
• Premier Verified — Verified plus a 4.5+ star rating across 25+ completed jobs and a clean background-check record.

Verification is renewed annually. Companies with expired credentials lose their badge until documentation is refreshed.

What makes our review system different?

Reviews on JobPinnacle are bidirectional. After every completed job, the customer reviews the company and the company reviews the customer. Both reviews are tied to a verified completed job — not just an account that left a comment. That means review fraud is significantly harder, and good actors on both sides build a reputation that transfers across every future job.

Who runs JobPinnacle?

JobPinnacle is built by a small team of operators with backgrounds in home services, marketplace platforms, and trust & safety. Our founders have first-hand experience hiring contractors, running a roofing business, and shipping marketplace products at scale. We are based in the United States and serve customers and companies across all 50 states.
