3. Contractor and business data

Companies and contractors submit license numbers, insurance documentation, business address, and contact details to be listed on JobPinnacle. This information is reviewed by our admin team and used to verify legitimacy. Public profile fields (business name, service area, ratings, reviews) appear on the public marketplace; license and insurance documents are stored securely and used for verification only — they are not shown publicly. Company users can request deletion of their profile and data at any time.
