What is JobPinnacle?

JobPinnacle is a three-way marketplace operated by JobPinnacle, Inc. that connects (a) homeowners and other property owners ("Customers"), (b) home service companies ("Companies"), and (c) skilled workers seeking employment with those Companies ("Workers"). JobPinnacle does not perform home service work itself, employ Workers, or guarantee the outcome of any job arranged through the platform.

Who can use JobPinnacle?

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

What are the rules for posting a job?

Customers may post legitimate, residential and small commercial home service jobs. You may not post discriminatory, illegal, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content. JobPinnacle may remove any posting that violates these rules without notice.

What are the rules for companies?

Companies must hold all licenses and insurance required by law in the markets they serve, must perform work professionally and in accordance with the agreement reached with the Customer, and must not engage in price gouging, harassment, or off-platform solicitation that bypasses JobPinnacle. Misrepresentation of license or insurance status is grounds for immediate termination.

What are the rules for workers?

Workers must accurately represent their qualifications and licenses (where applicable), must communicate professionally, and must not solicit Customers directly outside of an employment relationship with a Company.

Who is responsible for the work performed?

JobPinnacle is a venue. The contract for any home service work is solely between the Customer and the Company performing the work. JobPinnacle does not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any work, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of any party to perform their obligations.

How does payment work?

Posting a job and browsing companies is free. JobPinnacle plans to facilitate optional escrow payment via Stripe and may charge a commission on completed jobs and fees for premium listings. Specific fee terms will be displayed at the point of charge and may be updated with notice.

What about reviews?

Reviews must reflect honest, first-hand experience with a completed job. False, defamatory, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited. JobPinnacle may remove reviews that violate these standards.

What happens if I violate these terms?

JobPinnacle may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, in our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. We may also remove content, withhold pending payouts pending investigation, and report illegal activity to law enforcement.

What is the disclaimer of warranties?

JobPinnacle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

What is the limitation of liability?

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPinnacle, its affiliates, and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of JobPinnacle will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid JobPinnacle in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

How are disputes resolved?

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or JobPinnacle will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.

Will these terms ever change?

Yes — we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use of JobPinnacle after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
