What information do we collect?

When you use JobPinnacle, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, postal address, profile details (for companies and workers), job descriptions, messages, reviews, and payment information when applicable. We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile email and name.

How do we use your information?

We use your information to operate JobPinnacle: to create and authenticate your account, match jobs to companies, deliver messages, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We use aggregated, de-identified data to understand how the marketplace performs and where we can improve.

Do you share my information with third parties?

We share information with other JobPinnacle users only as needed to operate the marketplace: when you post a job, your name, location, and job details are visible to companies in your area. Beyond that, we share information with service providers (payment processors, hosting, email delivery), with law enforcement when legally required, and with successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

How long do you keep my data?

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to satisfy legal and accounting requirements. Job postings and reviews remain visible after a job is closed because they form a public record of the marketplace. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

What rights do I have?

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of any sale (we do not sell). Do you use cookies?

Yes. JobPinnacle uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure usage. We use first-party cookies for essential functionality and may use limited third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How do you protect my data?

We use HTTPS across the entire site, hash passwords with bcrypt, store data on hardened US-based servers, and limit internal access to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever experience a breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Do children use JobPinnacle?

JobPinnacle is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.

Will this policy ever change?

Yes — when we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify users by email. Continued use of JobPinnacle after a change means you accept the updated policy.
